A year of change

Ciam is taking a decisive step towards the future by opening its new factory in Petrignano di Assisi: 23,000 m² dedicated to design, efficiency and technology. This decision marks the starting point for sustainable growth, based on innovation and responsibility.

A new design-led vision

A strategic collaboration begins with designer Fabrizio Milesi, who takes on the role of Art Director. This partnership marks the integration of design into the company’s philosophy: no longer just technology and functionality, but also aesthetics, research and attention to detail. Thanks to this partnership, ciam begins to engage with the world of design, paving the way for solutions that combine performance and beauty.

Murozero Slide and design of excellence

Murozero Slide, designed by Fabrizio Milesi in collaboration with ciam Lab, has been selected for the ADI Design Index 2018 – a yearbook that highlights the best projects in Italian design – and has been included on the shortlist for the prestigious Compasso d’Oro 2019.

The international design stage

This is a historic moment for ciam: the company is taking part for the first time in Milan Design Week, one of the most prestigious events on the global design scene. With this initiative, ciam is consolidating its commitment to engaging with the world of design, establishing a direct dialogue with internationally renowned architects and designers.

The showroom in Milan

To mark Milan Design Week, ciam Milano is launched – the first official showroom in the heart of the city. With this opening, the company is taking a strategic step: its participation in MDW takes place in a permanent space that serves as a venue for interaction and experimentation, to showcase ciam’s vision and present its collections in an exclusive and immersive setting.

CIAM Industrie is founded

Since 2025, Ciam has been a founding member of CIAM Industrie, a new hub for professional refrigeration formed following the acquisition of other leading companies such as CRS and Criocabin, with the aim of creating synergies between the various companies within the group and offering a broader and more comprehensive range of products on international markets.

Acquisition of Caméléon Concept

CIAM is expanding its ecosystem through the acquisition of Caméléon Concept, a French company specialising in consultancy and the distribution of professional refrigeration fittings, with a strong presence in the sector, working closely with architects, designers and interior design firms. This move strengthens the company’s direct commercial presence in the French market, with a strategic focus on the Paris area.

CIAM USA is launched

CIAM INDUSTRIE is launching CIAM USA, the Group’s new sales office based in Miami, Florida. This strategic base strengthens the Group’s direct presence in the North American market and consolidates its relationships with customers, partners and industry professionals. CIAM USA has been established as a sales and networking hub to promote the excellence of ‘Made in Italy’ refrigeration design and support the Group’s international growth.

Oscartek joins CIAM INDUSTRIE

CIAM INDUSTRIE is expanding its international presence through the acquisition of Oscartek by the Group. This integration strengthens the Group’s foothold in the North American market, improving services, customer care and local support, and creating new opportunities for growth and development.
