Custom, design and innovation meet in the new Ciam line of professional counters
Ciam's refrigerated counters series meets all professional needs, offering the widest range on the market with 13 lengths, 3 depths, 5 heights and 6 standard refrigeration types. In addition, modules with custom sizes and finishes can be requested. Ambient counters complete the refrigerated range, sharing its style and design features.

Sleek and modern design for superb refrigeration solutions
All visible components can be customized using Ciam’s range of materials, which includes a wide selection of stoneware, acrylics, quartz composites, natural stones, epoxy powder-coated sheets, electroplated sheets, brass, and wood.
The Compact counters feature a stylistic variation on the Standard line, incorporating an aluminium groove profile and eliminating all visible handles.
The design-inspired micro hinges have a load capacity of 30 kg and are adjustable in three sizes to ensure perfect door alignment.

Refrigerated and ambient bases can be combined in aesthetic continuity to meet any professional and functional need.
Stainless steel doors are insulated and suitable for both positive and negative temperature. The standard finish is polished stainless steel, but they can be powder coated in RAL colors upon request. The removable magnetic gasket ensures a tight seal on the refrigerated module and makes it easy to open.
Refrigerated modules can be configured with triple-glazed thermal doors. Standard screen printing is black, but custom RAL colors or the unique mirror finish can be requested.
Stainless steel drawers are available as optional equipment in different heights and depths, and are compatible with Bar and Gastronomy series modules. The drawers are telescopic with full extension.

Through careful design of the refrigeration unit condenser, the size of the motor compartment has been reduced to only 25 cm wide. The condensing unit is equipped with an easily removable filter, which simplifies cleaning, preventing breakage and preserving compressor life.
The cell modules are monolithic, with 60 mm insulation made of environmentally friendly water-based polyurethane. The inner edges are rounded, and the cladding is AISI 304 stainless steel. The front wall of the cell module incorporates a plastic magnetic profile, which ensures a perfect closure and optimal fit with the doors.
The base is composed of a stainless steel profile and has height-adjustable feet, with a size range from 80 mm to 200 mm.
Casters can be applied instead of feet, upon request.

Low-temperature modules can be equipped with removable telescopic guides for ice cream pans.
High-efficiency ventilated refrigeration system
Tangential fans are electronic with low noise impact (<25dBA).
Refrigerated cabinets have electric defrosting, which ensures proper functioning of the system in all environmental conditions.
An electronic thermostatic valve can be included as optional equipment, specifically in the case of connections to refrigeration rack system.

The elegant touch control panel comes as standard on all refrigerated modules, ensuring intuitive and immediate control of the main operating functions.
Upon request, it is possible to equip the refrigerator with the Touch Pro control panel for professional use.
The perfectly integrated LED lighting diffuses a striking light at a colour temperature of 3000°K.
Upon request, it is possible to have humidity control on refrigerated cabinets, specifically for fresh pastry and praline use; this is compatible with both the standard touch control unit and the Touch Pro control panel.
The showcases can be fitted with a condensate evaporation tray, where it is not possible to connect the drainage system to the venue's existing water outlet.
All internal condensing units are hermetic and use the eco-friendly gas R290 with low GWP (3) in compliance with the F-GAS Regulation Reg. 2024/573.
An identification label featuring a QR code is located inside the refrigerator, providing access to downloadable user and maintenance manuals, as well as product-related technical documentation.
Available on request, the Ciam Connect package enables cloud connectivity for remote monitoring and management of a wide range of functions. The service also includes alarm notifications and preventive maintenance tools designed to help avoid faults and downtime.
