The CIAO professional plug-in gelato showcases have been designed to have excellent performances, they feature hermetic motors with ultra-fast, reverse cycle defrosting.
Thermodynamics can be either with double air-flow without storage pans, or single air-flow with storage pans. The tanks are monolithic coated with steel and insulated with eco-friendly polyurethane; the display area is made of polished stainless steel. Paneling is in solid HPL (white, gray or black) or RAL painted upon request.

The display is dynamic and is designed to accommodate both 5lt trays (mm 360x165x120h) and 6lt trays (mm 360x250x80h)
The cladding consists of the front panel and sides made of solid HPL or RAL paintable upon request, and the front grille is made of micro-perforated sheet metal to match the color of the paneling.

The R4Up glass gantry is equipped with single glass panes and opening top with micro-hinges, to facilitate cleaning operations.
Ciao showcases are also available in a curved glass version. In this variant, the glass gantry consists of a single front curved glass which is heated and can be opened upward; the double-glazed sides have a black screen printing.
