The IslandZero refrigerated cabinets are fully glazed and designed for island use (center of the room).
This type of cabinet has full-height doors, a feature greatly appreciated by planners and designers. Refrigeration is ventilated with an evaporator located in the ceiling. Islandzero is available in one-, two-, three- or four-door versions with opening on one side only or double-sided doors. This refrigerated cabinet works for various product categories: pastry, pralines, deli, cured meats, wines and champagnes.

Sleek and modern design for superb refrigeration solutions
Zero doors are made of triple pane thermal glass and are meant to be installed flush with the wall. Airtight closure is ensured by perimeter magnetic seals, door opening is up to 100°, and hydraulic hinges have controlled automatic soft closing. Profiles and door frame are made of aluminum, and the screen printing is mirror finish. Upon request, it is possible to have it in a different RAL color.
In Islandzero cabinets the evaporator is placed in the ceiling and through forced air circulation the cold reaches all display shelves evenly.

IslandZero cabinets are fully customizable in interior and exterior finishes with RAL coatings or galvanic treatments of your choice. The glass screen printing can be personalized upon request too. IslandZero refrigerated cabinets can also be manifactured with non-standard dimensions and custom solutions, such as in the case of refrigerated walls with stacked cabinets.
The depth of the Islandzero cabinets is 673 mm, and the total height is 2474 mm. These cabinets are available in the following standard lengths: 768, 1368, 1968, 2568 mm. Upon request, it is possible to manufacture these cabinets with customized dimensions.
Islandzero cabinets can be channeled into aesthetic continuity.
Islandzero cabinets are also available in the two-sided version, equipped with Zero doors on both sides.
Islandzero cabinets can be equipped with a plexiglass structure specifically designed for wines and bubbles, or for cured meats.
Available with a system allowing two separate temperature zones.
Tangential fans are electronic with low noise impact (<25dBA).
The cabinet's thermodynamics ensure perfect equalization of temperatures on all shelves, in both refrigerated (+4°) and freezer (-20°) versions.
Refrigerated cabinets have electric defrosting, which ensures proper functioning of the system in all environmental conditions.
An electronic thermostatic valve can be included as optional equipment, specifically in the case of connections to refrigeration rack system.
The elegant touch control panel comes as standard on all refrigerated modules, ensuring intuitive and immediate control of the main operating functions.
Refined integrated LED lighting enhances the appeal of displayed products with a standard 3000 K colour temperature. Optional 4000 K and 2700 K versions are available to suit a variety of display environments.
Upon request, it is possible to have humidity control on refrigerated cabinets, specifically for fresh pastry and praline use; this is compatible with both the standard touch control unit and the Touch Pro control panel.
The showcases can be fitted with a condensate evaporation tray, where it is not possible to connect the drainage system to the venue's existing water outlet.
Upon request and with prior verification and approval by the technical department, CO2 systems for connection to refrigeration rack systems can be planned.
An identification label featuring a QR code is located inside the refrigerator, providing access to downloadable user and maintenance manuals, as well as product-related technical documentation.
Available on request, the Ciam Connect package enables cloud connectivity for remote monitoring and management of a wide range of functions. The service also includes alarm notifications and preventive maintenance tools designed to help avoid faults and downtime.
