For their third store Prada Group has once again relied on CIAM custom made technology in terms of refrigerated counters and displays. In particular a total of twenty display, between paraline and pastry, have been set in a floral silk tapestry; self service counters for pastry and praline with cold storage in ‘antiuq’ cladding; a big upright pastry display is visible from the inside of the Galleria; the ‘compact’ cabinets of the bar counter have been skilfully decorated in cherry wood by Marconi carpenters.
