A new event showcasing the finest in pastry, bakery, and gelato is about to open its doors: from January 16 to 20, 2026, the Rimini Expo Centre will once again take center stage as the international hub for Foodservice, providing a venue to discover the latest innovations in an increasingly dynamic, advanced, and forward-looking industry.
Within an evocative and immersive stand created by designer Fabrizio Milesi (Hall A3 – Stand 055), CIAM will present the "Rethinking Intelligence" concept: a journey dedicated to the technological breakthroughs of the Smart Future and the exploration of new frontiers in professional refrigeration.
Gelato and its future will be at the heart of the product unveilings presented as previews: from the new Eclipse horizontal display case to the restyling of the iconic Mya and Ice Queen lines.
