Category Horizontal showcases
The Ice Queen family features high-performance professional showcases for pastry and gelato applications.
Modules are available in linear lengths of 1150 mm, 1650 mm, and 2150 mm (excluding side panels) and are designed for perfect channeling thanks to mechanical arrangements that ensure optimal coupling between modules. The tanks are insulated with polyurethane foam and lined with stainless steel.
Gelato models feature a dual-airflow refrigeration system, ensuring thermal stability and flawless preservation. In the pastry version, a dedicated selector switch allows the refrigeration to be adjusted across one or more display levels, up to total refrigeration of the entire showcase volume.
Perfect product visibility is guaranteed by 3000K no-spot LED strips on each shelf, providing uniform, glare-free lighting. Gelato showcases are equipped with hermetic motors using eco-friendly R290 gas, featuring ultra-fast reverse cycle programmed defrosting.
Design Highlights
Sleek and modern design for superb refrigeration solutions
By means of an electric actuator, the deck can be adjusted to two positions: flat or tilted. Additionally, the deck can be further raised, and internal components can be detached, allowing for thorough cleaning of the tank bottom.
The standard screen-printing features a mirror finish; custom colors are available upon request.
Ice Queen showcases feature a lowered display compartment that allows for larger loading capacity.
Access to the refrigerated compartment is provided by PETG sliding doors with perimeter gaskets. Upon request, a micro-fabric night curtain can be installed instead of the sliding doors.
The front glass is equipped with a gas-strut power-assisted system and opens upwards.

The Ice Queen professional showcase series consists of three linear modules (1150, 1650, and 2150 mm), available in three different heights.
Ice Queen showcases can be channeled for seamless aesthetic continuity, even between modules with different functions and temperatures.

Ice Queen showcases can be supplied with standard HDF paneling.
Ice Queen showcases can also be supplied in a semi-finished set-up, in cases where the cladding is provided by the customer.
An electronic thermostatic valve can be included as optional equipment, specifically in the case of connections to refrigeration rack system.
The digital temperature display, flush-mounted into the structure.
Upon request, it is possible to have humidity control on refrigerated cabinets, specifically for fresh pastry and praline use; this is compatible with both the standard touch control unit and the Touch Pro control panel.
The showcases can be fitted with a condensate evaporation tray, where it is not possible to connect the drainage system to the venue's existing water outlet.
An identification label featuring a QR code is located inside the refrigerator, providing access to downloadable user and maintenance manuals, as well as product-related technical documentation.
Available on request, the Ciam Connect package enables cloud connectivity for remote monitoring and management of a wide range of functions. The service also includes alarm notifications and preventive maintenance tools designed to help avoid faults and downtime.
