It is a content and expressive representation that alters the known stereotype of presentation and serving of ice cream.
It expresses with simplicity, essentiality, and communicative strength the sense of enhancement of the product to be served in super contemporary ways of perception and use. By means of its dimensional and ergonomic dynamics, it makes it possible to create an extraordinary and super attractive ice-cream parlour in places where it would never be possible to create it. It is characterized by an intelligent use of technology that makes this system smart. It is a compact and perfect machine where everything is studied with skill and attention to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality. It represents a new possible future for the way of serving ice cream, but not only!
Design Highlights
Sleek and modern design for superb refrigeration solutions
Access to the refrigerated compartment is through insulated doors with automated opening, thanks to a patented laser detection system and a control unit with three modes: Automatic, Loading and Cleaning. The operator can approach the ice cream packaging area without touching anything, and the refrigerated compartment closes automatically when the operator moves away.
The mirrored glass exterior cladding is designed for the integration of programmable video walls, which can be managed through dedicated software for the input of ice cream flavors and interactive graphics.
Side modules are equipped with two 2 aluminum shutters for the hermetic locking of each side of GelatoWall.
The side units are containment-oriented and multi-functional, with provision for connecting various appliances (cream whipper, till, etc.). Brushed steel finish with sink and separate waste chute; doors and shelves are adjustable and in glass.
Ice cream is stored in 10-liter cylindrical round tubs, with the option of adding a double storage level underneath the serving ones.
Upon request, it is possible to add a system for choosing the packaging of the ice cream directly by the customer through a totem with an interactive touch screen. This system also allows instant payment by credit card and printing of the order to the GelatoWall operator.

Upon request, it is also possible to provide the front counter with rounded edges in mirror finish with backlit logo, brushed steel sides and acrylic top with the possibility of flush integration of the screen for order management.
High-efficiency ventilated refrigeration system
Programmed defrostings are ultra-rapid reverse cycle.
The elegant touch control panel comes as standard on all refrigerated modules, ensuring intuitive and immediate control of the main operating functions.
All internal condensing units are hermetic and use the eco-friendly gas R290 with low GWP (3) in compliance with the F-GAS Regulation Reg. 2024/573.
An identification label featuring a QR code is located inside the refrigerator, providing access to downloadable user and maintenance manuals, as well as product-related technical documentation.
Available on request, the Ciam Connect package enables cloud connectivity for remote monitoring and management of a wide range of functions. The service also includes alarm notifications and preventive maintenance tools designed to help avoid faults and downtime.
