ATELIER AZIZ ALQATAMI created three zones: the bakery shop front & fountain, the office, experiments kitchen & garden, and storage. The idea behind the project was to blur the line between indoor and outdoor in all spaces by using the same outdoor stone pavement and maximizing the use of glass, creating a different form of display (vertical – horizontal) for different products, wrapped with continuous white walls.
