The installation developed by Fabrizio Milesi revolves around TABLE, an element that redefines the traditional role of the refrigerated counter, transforming it into a platform for interaction and discovery. The project's innovative significance was subsequently recognized with TABLE's selection for the ADI Design Index 2022, a leading observatory of the best Italian design, and its pre-selection for the Compasso d'Oro.

The earthen surfaces curated by Matteo Brioni introduce a tactile and natural dimension that dialogues with the world of refrigeration and food design.

The project is completed with the artistic contribution of Laila Gohar, whose works strengthen the connection between nature, food, and design. Through materials, textures, and sensorial experimentation, HumUs. Fluid Ground explores the theme of cross-disciplinary interaction, proposing a vision of refrigeration design as an active element in the construction of experience.
