In the heart of the Mahaj Riad shopping area in Rabat (Morocco), the new Maymana boutique opens. The Ciam branded showcases supplied for the prestigious pastry and praline shop chain are: – Three Move22 model showcases, equipped with heated glass and double application Pastry shop and Praline shop. The top was coated with porcelain gres Kone Grey, while the front paneling was made of laminated walnut striped. The cover plate, on the other hand, is made of stainless steel painted in RAL 7021 with a matt finish.

Two Tortuga display cabinets, one neutral, customized for bread and one for pastries. Both display cases feature the new frameless glass gantry. – Four Murozero refrigerated display cases, which can operate at cold and frozen application, according to the customer’s needs. – A Jewellery display case equipped with a glass gantry model R4UP, which is also equipped with Kone Grey porcelain gres panels.

The entire system is powered by a Gelsystem control unit, which allows all the display cases to be managed remotely via an xweb platform. This system allows, specifically, to verify the correct functioning of the showcases and the relative parameters, as well as the switching on or off of the lights and the defrosting. All these operations can be carried out remotely via pc or mobile.
