In the heart of Paris, La Pâtisserie by Matthieu & Pauline comes to life—a place that celebrates their passion for the art of pastry with elegance and creativity. After years of experience in catering, the two founders wanted to create a space that reflects their identity through shapes, colors, and flavors.

To showcase their creations, CIAM, in collaboration with French partner Caméléon Concept, supplied high-end refrigerated pastry display cases designed to deliver outstanding performance, contemporary aesthetics, and maximum functionality.

The installed showcases are model 6040 with positive temperature, fully customized to integrate with the architectural concept: the perimeter top and display trays made of Corian in Bone color add brightness and sophistication to the product presentation.

Completing the project are sheet metal details painted in RAL 8003 and RAL 9001, bringing warmth and harmony to the environment and creating a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. A project that perfectly expresses the shared philosophy: combining aesthetics, technology, and craftsmanship to enhance the excellence of the gourmet world.
