The 6040 models allow for use across all commercial needs. 6040 display cabinets are perfect for storing and displaying: fresh pastries, monoportions, macarons, pralines, ice cream, ice cream cakes, butchery, cold deli, hot deli, brioches, pizza, bread. 6040 is characterized by a small height difference between the work surface and the display surface, which is always coplanar even when channeling between several modules.
