In the heart of the picturesque Batignolles district in Paris, renowned chef Maxime Frederic opened his boulangerie-pâtisserie, Pleincoeur. Together with his wife Claire, co-founder and pastry chef Gaëtan Lucas, and head baker Antonin Racinet, he created a unique venue inspired by his beloved Normandy.
Here, customers can find a wide range of products: bread, pastries, yogurt, delicious hazelnut spreads (ground on site with a stone mill), chocolate, savory creations, and a selection of coffees!
Pleincœur is also an extraordinary project for Caméléon Concept and Ciam, whose synergy resulted in fully custom-made counters and refrigerated display cases. Ciam supplied the venue's technology, creating a curved custom pastry showcase in the Flat model with curved glass, featuring a TS welded display case and finishes in powder-coated anodic bronze sheet metal; the display trays, perimeter top, and worktop are made of corian in a bone shade. Also created was a custom 6040 showcase, likewise fitted with curved glass, with a TS welded display case and powder-coated anodic bronze finishes, alongside two channeled Flat showcases with a fully curved display case, equipped with a display shelf and powder-coated anodic bronze finishes. Completing the supply is a refrigerated base unit for pastry, equipped with 60×40 trays.
