The praline section features 6 custom circular showcases model 6040 for pralines, with welded glass cases and angled lighting. The display shelves are made of absolute white soft-touch Laminam, with RAL 9010 pure white painted finishes.

The pastry section includes 12 custom circular showcases model 6040 with welded glass cases and angled lighting, also featuring absolute white soft-touch Laminam shelves with RAL 9010 pure white painted finishes. Completing the setup are 10 Murozero units at positive temperature, with RAL 7038 agate gray epoxy powder coated finishes and equipped with 3 glass shelves, and 4 Grab&Go Classic units at positive temperature, with RAL 7043 traffic gray finishes and equipped with bent steel shelves.
